What if I want something that is a combination of charms or a special race PR?
I welcome special orders. I cannot create copyrighted art and I reserve the right to say no to anything that would be considered vulgar. Please note that there are no refunds for special orders, if the order is for a charm not currently in my design selection. You can combine a number of different charms together to get your special jewelry keepsake. Contact me through the website and I will work to make that special charm for you.

What is your Shipping Policy?
Currently del Sol Design only ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We ship all packages within the continental United States via USPS. All packages to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via US priority mail with signature confirmation. Packages to Canada are shipped priority mail. All tariffs and taxes are the responsiblity of the customer.

How quickly do you ship?
All of my jewelry is put together to order in our Livonia, Michigan studio. I ship out most orders within 5-7 business days from when they are received. I do not ship on the weekends. I ship most items via USPS with delivery confirmation. I will send an email to let you know that your order has been shipped.

What if I need expedited shipping?
If you need expedited shipping please email us first and we will try to fit it into our production schedule. We will give you a quote for additional shipping at that time.

Customer Care
If for any reason you are unhappy with your jewelry purchase we offer a money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a return authorization number and we will give you the shipping address for returns. After the merchandise has been returned in new condition we will credit your credit card. Shipping charges are not refunded. We will not accept back jewelry that has been worn or damaged do to misuse. We can not be held responsible for items returned without a return authorization number.
